Sonny Bono was born Salvatore Philip Bono on February 16, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan and tragically passed away on January 5, 1998 in a skiing accident. Sonny was an Italian American. He was a very talented Singer, Songwriter, Television Show Host, Restaurant Owner, and Politician.

He is greatly missed in the world of Entertainment/Music. Sonny all of your fans miss you dearly!!

Cher Bono

Cher was born Cherilyn Sarkarsian La Pier, 20 May 1946, El Centro, California, USA. She is of Cherokee , English and French descent. She continues to perform today and is a very successful Singer/Songwriter/Musician. Her latest solo work includes songs such as "Believe", "Rain, Rain" and "Walking in Memphis".

Sonny and Cher were married from 1969-1975. She performed under the stage name of Bonnie Jo Mason. One of her nicknames is Cleo.

Her one true love will always be Sonny Bono. They have a daughter named Chastity who was born on March 4th, 1969.
